Return and Refund Policy
At Royal Oud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

In resalable condition.

Fragrances must be returned with the seals intact. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.
3. Restocking Fee
Please note that a restocking fee of 50% per product will be applied for all returned items. This fee covers the costs of processing the return and restocking the product.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the above criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
